Through our successful leasing and drilling programs, we have experienced year-over-year production growth 27%1. Based on the company’s operational capital expenditure budget of $35.5 million, we estimate to achieve 5% year-over-year production growth and 7% year-over-year December 2016 production exit rate growth. This growth is the result of drilling activity from our Legacy Butler Operated Area, Moraine East Area and, Ohio Utica Warrior Prospects. Rex Energy is focused on finding oil and gas property acquisitions and joint venture opportunities that are accretive to our current portfolio of assets.

ENCOURAGE A CORPORATE CULTURE THAT PROMOTES HIGH QUALITY RESULTS AND INSPIRES THE ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT OF OUR EMPLOYEES:

company's performance
company’s performance

At Rex Energy, we believe our company’s performance is enhanced when our employees think as owners and shareholders of the company. To align our individual employee goals with our corporate goals, we encourage an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit through equity ownership grants. This, coupled with our seasoned management team, inspires each employee to make a difference at Rex Energy.

MANAGE COMMODITY PRICE RISK THROUGH A STRONG HEDGING PROGRAM:

We work to maintain a financial strategy that mitigates commodity price risk within the highly volatile energy markets. Through our hedging and risk management activities, we have successfully hedged the majority of our current production at what we believe to be attractive price levels. As Rex Energy continues to grow, we will continue to add onto our hedging portfolio when necessary at prices that increase shareholder value.
